Enrollment Checklist
Details that you should know! Use this checklist to stay on top of deadlines for housing, financial aid, orientation, and more!
1. Financial Aid
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) no later than April 1 to receive the maximum state and federal award. (Enter school
code: 001005.)
2. Housing
Complete the housing application and pay a $250 non-refundable room deposit no later than June 30. (If you are disabled
and require accommodations, you must complete this information and notify housing
no later than May 31.)
3. Orientation
Sign up for orientation. At orientation, you will register for classes, get your student ID card, sign up
for parking and more.
4. Health Care
Have your doctor complete the University Medical Examination Report (.pdf) and mail them to:

5. Transcripts
Ask your high school to send an official and final high school transcript to:
