Launching Your Financial Future
At Alabama State University, our progress stands on more than a legacy of bold fearlessness. Through career-focused learning and comprehensive financial literacy, we empower everyone to follow in our founders’ intrepid footsteps.
Our guidance more than equips students to understand the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®), scholarships and loan terms inside and out. They graduate thoroughly prepared to build their wealth alongside their professional success.
From confident decision-making to planning businesses, graduate studies and homeownership, this is how Hornets rise, thrive and reach for opportunity in all aspects of their lives.
Scholarships
Hornets go forth and give back. From alumni to incoming freshmen, our institution to our community, these generation-spanning bonds are strengthened by scholarships that recognize achievements, athleticism and everything else that makes our students shine.
Open to in-state and out-of-state students, scholarships are merit- and need-based awards that do not need to be repaid. Funds can go toward tuition, room and board and other related expenses.
