Kim F. Smith is an Instructor of Management, teaching in the areas of Business Communications, Human Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Direct Marketing. Smith’s research interests are in the areas of organizational behavior, management, and executive leadership. Smith has conducted a Communications Training workshop on “Change” for the Montgomery Public School System. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business & Economics Research.
