Virtual Seminar Helps Businesses Obtain Credit

Join the Small Business Development Center at Alabama State University for its live Virtual Mid-Day Power Hour Small Education Seminar, “How Businesses Obtain Credit,” from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (CDT) on Thursday, April 8.

There is no fee to attend.

Training topics are Accounting/Budget, Business Financing, Business Plan, Business Start-up/Preplanning, Cash Flow Management, and Tax Planning.

Business owners will learn the value of creditworthiness and how to maintain a good business credit score. They’ll also discover the documents necessary to make a successful application for a business loan.

This event is in conjunction with BBVA Bank and Alabama SBDC at Alabama State University.

Preregistration is required for all participants.  To register, visit https://asbdc.ecenterdirect.com/events/8820  and then click on the green “Sign Up” link. The registration deadline is at 10 a.m. (CDT) on Thursday, April 8. The event is an online webinar. Instructions for signing into the webinar will be forwarded to participants in a separate email 15 minutes before the event.  You will be able to join by phone or Google Hangouts.
