Virtual Art Song and Spiritual Concert Set for Thursday

Alabama State University’s Department of Music is hosting its Fifth Annual African-American Art Song and Spiritual Virtual Concert on Thursday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. on Zoom. This year’s title is “Embracing the Now and Looking Forward to the Future.”

The evening performers will feature sopranist Dr. Cordelia Anderson and professor Tyrone Hayes. ASU’s vocal/choral students also will perform.
