LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (3). This course builds on the experience gained at the National Advanced Leadership Course in order to solve organizational and staff problems and discusses staff organization and functions, analysis of counseling responsibilities and methods, the principles of subordinate motivation, and organizational change. Students will apply leadership and problem solving principles to a case study and or simulation. Requires department approval; fall semester only; taken in conjunction with MILS 4011.
