Life Course Seminar I: Health Equity (1). This course is designed to address the serious and persistent disparities in minority populations of infants and mothers not only during pregnancy, but also before and after pregnancy as well as earlier in life. This seminar course is particularly relevant to understanding and addressing health disparities, because social and physical factors underlie socioeconomic and racial/ethnic disparities in health. Prerequisite: MCHP 200.
