Prattville Small Business Academy Sponsors Virtual Customer Service Session
It’s not always people who get in the way of exceptional service delivery, sometimes it’s the policies and/or processes that negatively impact service.
The Prattville Small Business Academy in conjunction with ASU Small Business Development Center is offering a free virtual course module, Customer Service Is Your Business: Exceeding Expectations, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 21.
Participants will examine how identifying ways to exceed their customer’s needs can give you the insights needed to create a strategy for continued success.
Training will focus on strategies to:
- Minimize the impact of barriers on service delivery
- Create a blueprint to consistently exceed your customer’s expectations
