Duplicate Diplomas

Duplicate diploma requests should be submitted via email to diplomarequest@alasu.edu and must include: 

·         Your full name while in attendance

·         Social security number (required for years prior to 2000) or student ID number

·         Year and term of graduation

·         Current mailing address

·         Current telephone number

Please contact the Cashier’s Office to make payment (334-229-4699)

Diplomas generated for years prior to 2014 will include the current administration’s signatures.
