Online Audition Form

The BFA Dance Program at ASU accepts online audition submissions year round; however, if you are interested in receiving a scholarship, it is highly recommended that you attend one of the two on-campus auditions. On-Campus auditions are held twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. Dates are typically announced early in the fall. Please complete this form in its entirety.
