Refunds

In some instances, students will be due a refund of certain costs and fees.  Refunds are processed on a daily basis during the first week of school and thereafter on Tuesdays and Thursdays for all eligible registered students.

Alabama State University has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements, a financial services company focused solely on higher education, to bring student refunds to the students selected refund preference.

Your Refund Selection Kit is designed to provide you with choices for Financial Aid and or school refunds. These options are:

ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.

ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT

If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school.
