Stephanie Carter Stinson’s background in social work provides skills in developing and overseeing programs for children, including work for an area school-based mentoring program, partnering with school liaisons and officials to coordinate program activities as well as training and supervising youth mentors.


Judy Davidson's nearly 30 years of experience in the childcare industry includes 15 years as an owner/director and teacher of a north Alabama kindergarten and childcare center. For the last 14 years, she has worked for a childcare resource network of a five-county region to develop and present curriculum, as well as developing and maintaining an extensive resource and referral system for families seeking assistance. Ms. Davidson is available to provide workshops in Fort Payne, AL.


Barbara Booker Rogers has over 30 years experience as a professional educator in both the university as well as in the Montgomery Public School setting, where she also served for many years as a guidance counselor.


Rose Winkler has over 40 years of experience working with and for young children and received her early childhood education degree from Kent State University. Being an Air Force wife gave her the opportunity to teach kindergarten and first grade in Ohio, Nevada and Germany. As Projects Coordinator for a national child care company, she was involved in curriculum development and implementation, video development and delivery and training workshops. She retired as Coordinator for the Child Care Education and Training Program at Family Guidance Center of Alabama, where she had worked for 13 years, in January 2011. This FGC program was responsible for the development and delivery of professional development classes for early childhood professionals in child care centers and family child care homes in 18 Alabama counties.
