INTRODUCTION

The Department of Criminal Justice and Social Sciences (CJSS) at Alabama State University offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice, along with a minor in criminal justice or sociology.  Students who wish to pursue careers in the criminal law, law enforcement, government, juvenile rehabilitation, corrections, social welfare, and much more, look no further!!

Majors with Concentrations

(Students “majoring” in Criminal Justice are REQUIRED to select a specialization/concentration).  This is NOT the same as a minor.
