Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services with a concentration in Addiction Studies
Students must meet the following requirements for admission to the professional phase of the Rehabilitation Services Program:
A completed Application for Admission to the BSRS Program which can be obtained by calling (334) 229-8776 OR (334) 229-8858 or visiting the Department of Rehabilitation Studies Office located in John L. Buskey Health Sciences Bldg, Ste. 313.
A written personal statement demonstrating the student’s ability to communicate clearly his or her interest in pursuing the BSRS Program.
The following minimum Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) or American College Testing (ACT): SAT 860-890 or ACT score of 18 Applications to the BSRS Program are accepted betweenand of each academic year. A completed application to the BSRS Program includes: (1) application for Admission to the BSRS Program; (2) two recommendation letters completed by professors, high school instructors, employers, supervisors, and/or volunteer supervisors; (3) official transcripts and (4) a written personal statement.
Notifications of the committee’s decision of admission to the BSRS program are made after of each academic year.
