ASU SBDC to Host Lowndes County Financial Education Seminar, Oct. 29

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at ASU and the Lowndes County Area Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the U.S. Small Business Administration Alabama District Office will present a Small Business Lending and Financial Education Seminar on Oct. 29, 2019. The seminar is designed to help small business owners learn about the business loan market as well as how to identify the right type of financial product for their particular business need.
The seminar will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2019 | Time: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM (CDT) at 215 W Tuskeena St, Hayneville AL 36040.
Presenters for this event include Roderick D. Perkins, Lead Lender Relations and Economic Development, SBA Alabama District Office and John Lyon, Community Partner, BancorpSouth (SBA preferred lender).
Attendees will learn how to access the capital needed to start or grow their business and learn why business credit is very important and how it differs from your personal credit. The event is co-hosted with BancorpSouth, Alabama Cooperative Extension System, Lowndes County Office and the Tuskegee University Extension System, Lowndes County Office.
