JOIN US ON THE CAMPUS OF ALABAMA STATE UNIVERSITY, FEB. 16-18 for a plethora of exciting events. Events include an INSPIRING message from Ambassador Andrew J. Young; CELEBRATE Mardi Gras and the Honda Battle of the Bands; and CONNECT with ASU Admissions and enjoy some Bama State Sports! 

The calendar of events includes:

Thursday, February 16 | 11 am CST - Civil Rights Symposium featuring U.S. Ambassador Andrew J. Young

Location: Ralph D. Abernathy Hall Auditorium

Friday, February 17 | 7 pm to midnight CST - Mardi Gras "Party with a Purpose"!

Location: The Nest at The ASU Stadium

Wear your purple, green, and gold. This is a "Party with a Purpose" to help the University Choir raise funds to get to Carnegie Hall. Food trucks will be onsite. For tickets and reserve tables, call 334-229-5620 or visit

Saturday, February 18 | 9:30 am to 11 am CST - Discover ASU Spring Connection Day-ish College Fair
