Alumna Named Vice President of First Tennessee Bank

Alabama State University alumna LaShonda Daniels (1996) has been named vice president and small business relationship manager for First Tennessee Bank. With more than 21 years of banking experience, Daniels currently works with businesses around the Davidson, Sumner and Wilson County, Tennessee area.

She is committed to understanding what makes a business unique so she can deliver financial solutions that help businesses grow as well as manage and protect her clients’ businesses while planning for their futures.

“It is my role to help business owners accelerate growth with access to capital and to serve as a direct liaison and advocate for business owners,” Daniels said.

Daniels, who graduated from ASU with a B.S. in Finance, was most recently employed by Bank of America for nearly seven years as vice president and Small Business Banker.  

She is active in the community, working with Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee, March of Dimes, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and United Way.
