Learning and development are critical components of continuous quality improvement. Given the state of constant change in education and the business environment, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness offers learning and development opportunities to help ensure the organization’s faculty and staff are prepared to meet challenges of the future. The institution must be in a constant state of readiness involving matters that impact our effectiveness: assessment, customer service, processes, and teaching and learning, among others.

A list of live workshop offerings is available through the Professional Development Calendar (See link below). The calendar includes, in addition to assessment and policy development topics, information about workshops offered through the Office of Institutional Research, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, and the Testing Center.

Self Paced eLearning opportunities are also available. Faculty and staff will be able to view information and register for available courses and video viewings. This is the first time OIE has offered this category of learning. It represents a chance for all to learn at their own pace.
