2020 FRESHMEN CONNECT SUMMER ACADEMY APPLICATION
All completed applications MUST be received by March 16. In order to ensure consideration of your application, the following procedures should be followed:
- Complete and submit application form in its entirety;
- Attach an essay (not more than one typed page) that explains your motivation for and interest in participating in this summer program. Discuss your career goals and how participation in this program will help you achieve your goals;
- Submit two recommendation forms (one from a faculty member/adviser and the other from a mentor or professional who knows you well and is aware of your career goals.) Recommendations must be submitted in a sealed envelope or emailed directly to the program office at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Submit an unofficial copy of your transcript.
