For the SPRING 2010 semester, 60% of total charges for the semester are due by January 19, 2010. If 60% is NOT PAID by this date, your classes WILL BE DROPPED (PURGED) from the class rolls.

Once 60% is paid, a $10.00 charge will be added to your account. This will defer your remaining balance of 40% until February 9, 2010.  The University will not honor any payments after this deadline.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to pay the amount owed by the due date and I agree with Alabama State University’s disenrollment policy which states that if I “fail to make payment as agreed, my registration will be canceled.”

I further understand that should I fail to pay by the due date, that I forfeit my right to claim credit for any course(s) in which I am now enrolled.  This provision supersedes any other provision to the contrary.

In case I default, and my account for the balance due is submitted to a collection agency for collection, I promise to pay the full balance due plus all legal fees and collection costs associated with the collection of this debt.
