SKYCAP is a summer outreach program of enrichment opportunities for children and youth grades 1 through 12. The program’s overall goal is to support students in their journey to academic and personal success through elementary and high school and into college and careers.
To this end, SKYCAP offers instruction and other enrichment experiences in academic skills enhancement, natural and social science exploration, creative expression, health and physical fitness, and mathematics and technology education.
An important feature of the “adventure” is the opportunity to spend time experiencing life on a college campus, interacting with students and teachers from a variety of schools in the community and with college students and faculty.
