For Your Information

The following list of admission application procedures will help you in completing your OTCAS online application. All items are to be submitted directly to OTCAS unless otherwise specified.  Do NOT send transcripts, GRE scores, or other materials to ASU until directed to do so. You should submit your OTCAS application as soon as you are confident that you have filled out the online sections completely and accurately. Failure to submit all necessary materials at the time of application can cause significant delays in processing and reviewing your package. An incomplete application will prevent your materials from being reviewed. After all evaluation has been completed, the Occupational Therapy Admissions Committee will notify you, in writing, of the admission decision.

ALL INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO OTCAS UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
